Golf Instruction
David Richardson, a PGA Master Golf Professional and the head golf professional at Soldiers Field GC, provides golf lessons on Tuesdays throughout the golf season. Lessons are provided at the Hadley Creek Golf Learning Center. Golf lessons can also include video analysis through a computer analysis system located at Soldiers Field GC.
Richardson developed his teaching skills working with Les Bolstad, legendary University of Minnesota golf coach. Bolstad instructed golf greats Patty Berg and Tom Lehman, along with thousands of other golfers during his nationally recognized career at the University.
An active golfer himself, Richardson focuses on teaching golf rather than just the golf swing. With a teaching style suited to golfers of all ages and abilities, Richardson improves golfer’s scores by building on what they do well naturally, in the style of many modern day golf instructors. Through the use of video, golf drills, and teaching aids, Richardson allows students to see and feel swing changes that can last a lifetime.
